It has come to our attention of recent online booking frauds.  We have requested cooperation from our online travel agent partners to enhance their security measures and data protection responsibilities.
 
As a reminder, we will not request any personal bank account information, notify you of chargebacks, refunds, change payment methods or ask you to perform any operations at an ATM under any circumstances.  Please do not provide any personal financial information.
 
Some known scam methods include (but not limited to):
Mentioning of repeated room bookings
False claims of multiple credit card charges with instructions to process refunds
